A free flowing, fibre reinforced, highly flexible, self levelling smoothing screed, blended from a mixture of the highest quality raw materials.
This leveller can be applied in thicknesses from 3-50mm in a single pour. It provides an economic means of levelling and renovating existing interior floors prior to the installation of floor coverings including natural stone, porcelain and ceramic tiles.
Effective for encasing underfloor heating systems where its thermal transfer properties enhance the heating application. Ceramic and porcelain tiles can be laid as soon as the product supports weight, approximately 4 hours.
Due to the production methods used, all porcelain & ceramic tiles (including decorative & glazed) can exhibit size variation between batches, as well as variance in both straightness and flatness. Therefore all sizes are nominal. This variance is minimal but it can become more noticeable on larger format tiles. As porcelain tiles are fired they can have a slight bow or warp. To avoid emphasising any warpage, if staggering joints this should be by a maximum of 30% of the overall tile length. Larger tiles should not be laid 'brick-bond'.
