Montpellier Cream is a limestone-effect tile inspired by our Madras limestone, designed to replicate the look of naturally aged stone outdoors. The tumbled finish and uneven edges give it a more worn, traditional feel, with a less uniform look than the indoor version.
There’s subtle variation between tiles, with soft cream tones and natural markings running through each piece. With 8 face patterns, repetition is kept to a minimum, helping create a more natural layout once laid. It’s also frost resistant, making it a reliable choice for patios and garden spaces.
Due to the production methods used, all porcelain & ceramic tiles (including decorative & glazed) can exhibit size variation between batches, as well as variance in both straightness and flatness. Therefore all sizes are nominal. This variance is minimal but it can become more noticeable on larger format tiles. As porcelain tiles are fired they can have a slight bow or warp. To avoid emphasising any warpage, if staggering joints this should be by a maximum of 30% of the overall tile length. Larger tiles should not be laid 'brick-bond'.
